Steadrock Capital Limited is seeking sharp, entrepreneurial Junior Analysts to join their London office full-time, with two distinct tracks available. Visa sponsorship is available for both roles.

Track 1: Real Estate Project Associate

You’ll work directly with senior principals on high-end residential development projects in Prime Central London (e.g., Kensington), managing timelines, lender documents, and planning submissions.

Responsibilities: tracking project milestones and deal timelines, organising documents from lawyers, architects, and lenders, following up with stakeholders, maintaining internal systems (Google Drive, Evernote), and creating summary decks and memos for internal updates.

Requirements:

• Based in London and available to work full-time, in-person
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Basic understanding of property development or finance
• Comfortable communicating professionally with solicitors, architects, and banks
• Tech-savvy with Google Sheets, email, and file management

Track 2: Markets & Investment Analyst

You’ll monitor U.S. equity markets and global macro indicators, support hedging strategies, and assist with real estate transaction processes alongside the principals.

Responsibilities: monitoring S&P 500 and global macro indicators, studying options pricing and volatility surfaces, supporting futures and ETF monitoring, tracking real estate deal timelines, organising investment documents, and preparing ad hoc research reports.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially U.S. equities and derivatives
• Deep intellectual curiosity about global markets, options, and macroeconomics
• High personal discipline — comfortable working without micromanagement
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organisational skills
• Experience with Google Workspace; comfort with Excel/Sheets data analysis
