Partnership Strategy & Operations Lead, International — Anthropic 📍 Greater London, UK (Hybrid, 25%+ in-office) | Full-time | £195,000–£225,000 GBP (OTE)

About the role: Runs Partnership Strategy & Operations for Anthropic’s International business — markets outside North America (UKI, EMEA, India, Japan, broader APAC). Strategic partner to International partnerships leadership, owning the regional GTM plan, targets, forecast, and operating architecture. Also carries a horizontal mandate across the global Partnerships function.

Key responsibilities:

•	Author the International Partnership GTM strategy and commercial thesis
•	Own regional plan end-to-end: partner coverage, quota design, capacity modeling, target-setting
•	Own regional forecast and run the operating rhythm (weekly reviews, MBRs, QBRs)
•	Codify regional operating handbook (SOPs, runbooks, escalation playbooks)
•	Lead cross-regional strategic initiatives (OKR design, investment cases)
•	Co-own executive reporting for GTM leadership, CEO, and the Board

Minimum qualifications:

•	Experience in GTM Strategy & Ops, Revenue Ops, or Partner Ops at regional/business-unit level
•	Track record owning regional GTM plans across international markets (at least two of UKI, EMEA, India, Japan, APAC)
•	Proficiency with RevOps stack (SQL, Looker/Tableau, Salesforce or comparable PRM)

Preferred:

•	7+ years in GTM Strategy & Ops, Revenue Ops, or Partner Strategy & Ops
•	Startup or strategy consulting background with operating experience
•	Experience preparing materials for Boards/senior governance forums
