Daystar Power’s Women in Power Training Programme (WIPT) is now open for its 2026 cohort. Since 2019, the programme has trained female electrical engineering graduates to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real-world solar installation and project management work across five cohorts of alumnae.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university

Completed NYSC

0–2 years experience (entry-level welcome)

Strong interest in solar energy and sustainability

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
